1. There's free wi-fi and it is in a prime spot if you wanted to be near restaurants, public transportation, good shuttle pick-up spot for tours, enterprise (car rental), and night life.

2. The only improvements I would make would be in our case to get the Welcome Letter with all of the local information on the actual day we arrived rather than the day we left; and to have the concierge staff recommend the $5 return Outlet shuttles instead of the $25 per person option they presented.

6. :)After reading my TA reviews I waited my whole stay to see the amazing Isaac and William, and didn't until I had checked out already and came back to the hotel to meet my arranged shuttle that never arrived.

7. William very quickly got on the phone for me and sorted out the shuttle company's mistake, he was so fast and quick thinking he had me on a new shuttle off to the airport in five minutes.

10. We had a 11:30 PM flight out of Hawaii, and in this Hotel they offered 6:00 PM check out and a room with a TV while we waited for our shuttle.
