1. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, pool forget it and unless you like the smell of pets make sure you don't stay on the pets allowed floor.

7. the only thing I can say that I am disipointed in with the hotel is the pool,wish they had a big pool area to sit back and relax by during the day.

10. The pool loses the sun about 5:00ish (in september anyway) but it was very nice even though you go through the parking garage to get there, you need your room key to get in, so it is secure.
