3. And the hotel over all was great except for the elevators took a while to open up but , overall great place and location awesome 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to shopping area.

4. The maintenance staff was always doing something too (repainting the stairs, etc.), so that was nice to see their effort in keeping the hotel presentable.

5. I was so looking forward to this trip to Hawaii to celebrate my birthday, but now I'm beginning to think the travel agency made a big mistake in booking this hotel for me.

6. The front desk guy that checked us in never cracked a smile, or anytime that I pass by the desk - this is weird to me since the main reason why we chose this hotel is because if their 'awesome customer service' reviews, so I had high expectations.
