1. We had two rooms with 3 beds on the 11th floor (for a VERY reasonable upgrade fee, thank you Kristen!) which were so roomy and comfortable.

3. The $20 parking fee per night is a bit steep and when it fills up, they send you next door to the Trade Center for the same price.
