1. The free shuttle to the Arizona Mills Shopping Center was very much appreciated (great place to find great shopping deals!) The shuttles run every 2 hours and are very dependable.

Black tea when I asked for herbal; runny eggs when I asked for them hard, 4) Nobody comes by to re-fill the minibar all day, 5) When I call to ask them about it, they act like it's some sort of huge deal to come and re-fill the mini-bar but they do volunteer to send the maintenance guy back which is now completely beside the point.

3. We spent the first part of our week holiday at a Drury Inn north of Arizona which was a great deal, and did the last 2 nights at Arizona Grand Resort which worked well, and got us closer to the airport for our departure.
