1. When we went to check out they again were quick and professional and pulled our car up front so we could load our luggage.

7. We spoke directly with the Manager on duty, in person, regarding the hotel's promise to honor a 4p.m. check out time, due to our inability to get in our room until after 6p.

8. Without fail, the maid service came to spread up the beds and replace the towels no later than 4:00pm each day (remember to leave them a tip when you check out!)Our suite overlooked one of the two 'family' pools with a jacuzzi that were open from 10-10.

9. Since we had a later flight, after check out at 11am, it was really appreciated to have the use of the pool and the spa to freshen up before leaving for the airport.
