8. Within walking distance to the light rail, it's tucked away from the mainstream, but I'll be returning to the Clarendon on all my future trips to Phoenix.

9. We had to drive everywhere we wanted to go, which is to be expected in Phoenix, but there were no strip malls, or cute little shops within walking distance (in 98 degree weather, that is!).
