1. Interior of room: bathtub had bad skin disorder or something -- the finish was seriously decaying with big dark splotches all over the floor of the tub; very reluctant to even shower in there .

4. I also thought it might be a good idea for the hotel to have a sign in the washroom suggesting that guests place the towels that they want washed in the tub and the towels that they will use again on the rack.

10. The tile was cracked and the tub was worn - functionally no issues, with the new shower head offsetting the old shower knob (seriously who designs these things?); curtain clean, door definitely not.
