1. The $20 fee was no big deal- I did not have a car for parking but you also get the bottled water in your room, internet(which per day at the hotel I moved to was-$13 for internet for 24 hrs and $6 bottle water).

6. There were several upgrades included in the very reasonable $15 hotel fee: covered parking, free water, soda, and variety of snacks from 10pm to 7:30 am, (otherwise only $1), complimentary bottled water offered by the front desk consistently, wi-fi.
