3. I really don't mind that they were having a party since this seems to be the way this hotel makes money on occasion, but, it would have been nice if the front desk employees let me know that this was going on, especially since I told them why I was in town.

5. Coming from a place that has very hot summers and very cold winters, modern windows will save the hotel money in AC costs by helping it work better, and will keep its guests in greater comfort.
