1. The room (2 room king suite on 2nd floor overlooking the pool) is very spacious and well appointed (BIG flat screen, large wine fridge, good furnishings, comfortable bed w/good clean sheets, high style, art, etc.).

4. i was going to whine about the AC (or lack of) in the room and the "elevator of death" as the previous reviewer put it but knowing that these problems are being looked into tell me that i am going back to Clarendon my next visit to Phoenic :)i was extremely pleased to find out that the bed doesn't have the dirty useless bed spread because i am very likely to throw them on the floor as soon i see them anyway, and the sheets and pillows are very good quality, i had a very good night sleep despite not having the sheet on me (room was hot).

5. Also- CD clock radio, incredibly comfy bed and sheets, and a huge flatscreen on the wall that honestly, I never even turned on.

AMMENITIES: - Pool and hot tub- Restaurant and bar- Rooftop lounge and bar ( open mar-sep 5-9 pm)- Room service- Cable TV- Free Internet- Clean sheets, vacuum and tidy room by 11:00 AM - Fitness Center- Conference rooms Overall the stay was highly enjoyable, and the cost for what the rooms provided was a nice change.

7. The pull out bed in the couch was surprisingly comfortable for a couch bed, BUT it was not made when we arrived, I called to tell them and they just handed me the sheets, I was kinda surprised they didnt offer to make the bed, the maids did make it the next day.
