5. Add the fact that the rooms are spacious and feature nice big TVs and (in the suites at least) a large sitting area, desk, bar, and fridge, as well as ample free parking, and you've got a winner for what they call an 'Urban Retreat.

9. There were several upgrades included in the very reasonable $15 hotel fee: covered parking, free water, soda, and variety of snacks from 10pm to 7:30 am, (otherwise only $1), complimentary bottled water offered by the front desk consistently, wi-fi.
