4. The guy at the test claimed we were on the most renovated floor, but the tub leaked water at a pretty good rate.

The bedroom is on the second floor of the duplex and it includes a jacuzzi, which was nice but awkward to get into and out of given that there was an odd platform arrangement around the tub, There is a kitchen on the first floor but there are no utensils or dinnerware, so I'm not sure how one would use the stove.
