The only other complaint I had was the customer service could have been better, the front desk was busy talking with each other instead of acknowledging me and when I checked out I wanted my luggage held they sent me down the escalator to the bell desk which no one was there so I waited for about 10 min too long and just took my bag with me which was an inconvienance.
