1. We immediately called housekeeping for 2 more towels and pillows, and when they brought them, I asked them to remove the pill from our room.

2. I took my kids to the pool and was told by a cleaning person they were going to be doing a photo shoot so I needed to stay in one area and be sure that I didnt take any towels other than the 4 he handed me.
