1. We had originally put in for what was called a 'e-stay upgrade' where if an upgraded room was available and not booked yet by another customer at our arrival we could upgrade for an additional fee, but cheaper than the real price of the room.

2. When in Indy, if prices are comparable, you'd be far better off staying at the Hyatt across the street, or the Westin not far away.

3. Yes the rooms at this property arent brand new construction, but they are clean, comfortable and very adequate for the price, especially since the wonderful breakfast and nightly manager's reception are included.
