The location is excellent, downtown Indy, within a walking distance from dozens (hundreds?) of restaurants, bars, pubs, but: - the room could desperately use some thorough cleaning: dark stains on the carpet, dark stains on the couch, cobwebs,- cockroaches in the bathroom didn't help changing my opinion of the hotel either.
