1. We had originally put in for what was called a 'e-stay upgrade' where if an upgraded room was available and not booked yet by another customer at our arrival we could upgrade for an additional fee, but cheaper than the real price of the room.

2. Only a few small negatives - the rooms show a little bit of wear and tear in areas, the indoor pool area wasn't great, the pedestrian entrance is kind of strange, and there's a $20 parking fee (which actually isn't that bad for the area).

3. Upon trying to exit the garage I swiped the room card (because I had been charged $22 fee) I was then stopped by the attendant and asked for the parking ticket and I stated I had already paid and she asked for proof.

4. The person that checked me in didn't mention there was a $20 parking fee for the parking garage, so after paying parking fees of over $25 for the entire day (we were in and out all day) I saw upon check-out that $20 was on my bill for parking, which would have been nice to know since I'm now out over $25 more.
