1. One thing I didn't like was the $9.95/day internet charge--why is it that I can get complementary wireless at an Econolodge but not at an upscale hotel (Marriott, this means you too!).

2. The public areas of the hotel were very nice including a large lobby, a Starbucks downstairs, free wifi and a very friendly staff.

3. As others have said this is the typical business hotel where rooms are overpriced, internet is never included ($10 a day?--I was able to connect to the Indiana free wireless service coming from the capitol.

5. Was very surprised that in-room WiFi was $10 per day as this was the 7th hotel we stayed in on a 3 week tour and the ONLY hotel to charge - come on, Westin, Internet in the room is now as much a utility as water and air.

10. Internet access will also cost you $ no matter if it's wireless or wired in room, compared to the competitors ;starting with a big ; this is a little out of character.
