1. The staff, particularly the front desk supervisor, John Rabold, was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating to my need for a late check in, holding my luggage, making sure everything was the way I wanted it.

The staff was nice at check in and we had no problems with our room so I didnt have any other interaction with them, we did not eat at the restaraunt (although I would have liked to, time just didnt allow with a playoff game) I wasnt really a fan of the 'snack bar' in the room that had overpriced snacks sitting on sensors that alerted the desk and billed you if one was removed, but I guess its a way to make money so I understand.

7. The doormen were VERY helpful and polite, asking if we needed help, told us where to go, etc. Check-in went smooth, and we got the room that we had reserved.
