1. The weekend we stayed at the Westin was a very busy weekend but the staff got us checked in fast [and checkout was faster] and were fairly friendly.

5. Two issues I had with Westin were: the tag on the bottled water said something like the drink is on us (complimentary) but I was charged $5.32 for it at checkout.
