1. Breakfast was somewhat better, with eggs, potatoes, sausage and oatmeal, as well as cereals, bagels, etc. If you stay here, you'll do as I did and laugh out loud when you realize your reservation uses the phrase 'contemporary decor' and then you look at the rooms.

Hotel a bit of a mess doing some renovations, check in desk dont seem to have all the booking info,operating from what looks like an ice cream stall, but great they have a Starbucks but problem only open from 10 am to 4 pm (most likley times you are not there) Breakfast not great very basic (was looking foward to a big Amercian one) got only low fat yougourt and no Muesli only cornflakes.

6. I usually don't complain and when I asked for any kind of upgrade and expressed my displeasure, the staff did apologize profusely and gave us access to the 15th floor lounge for a free breakfast the following morning.

7. Now I have three more nights left here, and so far I have had breakfast at Shula's Steak House and again I found the staff friendly and breakfast to me was pretty average for a hotel.
