2. When I arrived, the bathroom seemed to be clean (new towels, drinking glasses, etc.), but there was no new shampoo or conditioner.

3. after the first I should have checked out and gone to the Holiday Inn Express across the street; I'm betting the bathrooms there were more spacious and they throw in breakfast as well.
