3. We had planned to check out at noon, but when we needed to go to the hospital with our friend, Dale took care of holding our room at no charge until we were able to return.

4. Late check out is the only benefit of Platinum I was hoping to get, this hotel is not a resort or convention hotel designated (albeit next to the convention center), as confirmed by the supervisor at SPG customer support, therefore they should extend this benefit, but they would not.

5. This was told to front desk at check out with no apology but instead simply, 'oh, that's not good, you should have called down to us' $10 wi-fi charge, no refigerator in the room (other than the ridiculously priced self service mini-bar).

7. The Brickyard is an awesome site, whether you go for a race, or just to see the track and check out the museum it's well worth it.
