4. It was near 0 outside, so they sent me to the attached restaurant, which was nice enough,and they were closing up, but took pity on me and had some bar food which was hot which I carried up to my room (very glamorous!) I then went to take a shower and the 'heavenly shower heads'.

9. Also, we had only one bar of soap- no shampoo, lotion, etc. And our alarm clock went off both mornings- at 5:30 am and the next morning at 5:40.

10. They do have a concierge lounge (although you can't get wine and have to go to the bar) they do have appetizers, soda, water.
