1. For my trouble, I received an email from SRS on behalf of the Hilton Corporation that said, 'because we value our customers, as a good will gesture, we are offering you $446.

3. You can sometimes get good rates here (my AAA rate was $89 for a king, which is the only reason I am ranking the value so high), but given the other alternatives, and the quirks at this hotel, I don't see a compelling reason to return.

4. We ate in the hotel one evening and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the value (there was an offer where kids ate free).
