5. The hotel is large with a big bar and reception area with free internet access, concierge etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool, it was a bit crowded when we arrived but was easier once the weekend was over.

9. My main gripe with the concierge service was the fact that instead of brewing fresh coffee, there was a self-service 'beverage machine,' that made a variety of hot drinks, all of them badly.
