1. Lots of great restaraunts and the neighborhood has a great feel / look.

2. Also, while this hotel is in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, it is a bit of a hike to the nearest Metro stop (DuPont Circle) - about 10 to 15 minutes.

8. The location is fairly good, at the north end of the DuPont neighborhood, which has plenty of restaurants and eateries, but there are lots of other hotels closer to DuPont Metro that don't involve a 10-minute uphill walk.
