20. It seems silly to have half your guests traipsing to the lobby with their laptops or iPhones and cluttering the place when it is already busy - and for the price it wouldn't hurt to have free wifi included in the room rate.

23. Great location to Fisherman's Wharf, you can walk to many places to eat, and the Pier's etc. Lobby has free wireless internet which is nice, but not in the room which is not nice.

San Francisco is a very expensive city but i was amazed that not only was there not free wifi in the rooms but that even local calls were charged which we discovered when my husband called to book our airport shuttle (Bay shuttle is only $17/person and you can find coupons for $5 off per person, very reasonable) $1.59 for a minute and half call.

Cons- expensive parking, no free wifi on rooms, small clothes storage, relatively small bathroom, no in-room refs, no in-room utensils such as spoon, fork etc., our room was way at the end of the corridor near the emergency exit at one end of the building so it is such a long walk everyday we go in out of our room.
