1. Bathroom was dirty and never really cleaned, and towel replacement was so random, face towels on every other day, bathmat arrived day 4 of 10, aircon very noisy in room with large clunk when it went on and off.

2. The bathroom was not even straightened up- and of course towels were replaced with NO washclothes and the housekeeper had the nerve to leave one dirty washcloth hanging in the bathtub.

3. Dirty carpet, damaged, scratched furniture, dents and marks all over the walls, cheap spring box matress and a bathroom that makes the bathroom at Starbucks look like the Ritz.

4. Royal Palm in my opinion is a 2 star hotel the rooms are small and all the furniture are old and you can see the wear and tear on them, the bathrooms were dirty.

5. Fillthy broken furniture, dirty rugs, dirty bathrooms, lumpy beds, unhelpful staff who only says no to all request, Dirty around pool, unkempt beach chairs.

6. The table in the room was very dirty and stained, mini bar area sink DID NOT work and the counter area was stained and dirty as was the sink in the bathroom area and had hair all over the carpet in front of the sink.

10. door knob in bathroom didn't work, wife got locked in bathroom on first night; drinking glass chiped, wife cut her lip second day; television cable disconected and didn,t work; never got the daily newspaper; room very dirty; water for bar sink not hooked up; room not made up on several days; printer for email not working, overcharged $15 for service listed for $5; no bath stopper in bathtub.

11. The bathroom was clean but the room was a bit dirty looking.

12. One had a wet carpet and the second had dirty sheets on the beds, scuffed wood furniture, the seating was dirty & stained, stains in the bathrooms, etc. Needless we complained & asked to be moved, which the hotel management accomodated.
