7. It is a very nice view of the city, there are plenty of tables and sun chairs, and there is a nice fitness center with modern equipment that includes treadmills, dumbells, and a few weight machines from what I saw.

8. The hotel put out cakes and champagne on new Year's and the view was spectacular to watch the fireworks on the river at the brew house, and the 270 degree view allowed us to see other fireworks near and far all over the city.
