We actually found the staff really helpful although I would say that we were not sure at first as the receptionist did seem disinterested - it was just her tone of voice - in fact she was excellent and gave great advice on what to see/where to eat etc.The room was lovely - huge comfy bed, excellent water pressure on the shower and very clean with modern tv etc. We used the pool and although you think it looks close to the street it is not and actually feels quite initimate.

6. Bathrooms are really nice with a sliding door inside the bathroom that separates the toilet and a shower from the tub and large sink area, making sharing the bathroom with fellow travelers more convenient.

8. Nice view of the Harbor from our room which had soft decor colors (olives, creams), granite and mosaic tiled bathroom with shower pressure that felt like a massage, flat screen TV, firm beds with fluffy pillows.
