6. Nice view of the Harbor from our room which had soft decor colors (olives, creams), granite and mosaic tiled bathroom with shower pressure that felt like a massage, flat screen TV, firm beds with fluffy pillows.

7. For instance, the pillows in our room were really uncomfortable, but all it took was a phone call and we received new feather pillows that were great.

8. The only negative was while we were out of the room, it seemed somewhat invasive to have the staff come in and rearrange our personal items and shut the window we had opened while they turned down the bed (by taking off the comforter and decorative pillows & rolling them up in the corner).
