8. All staff were exceptionally kind and helpful--- They gave us a late check out, upon our request; they opened the gift shop for us before opening time to accomodate us; etc. The food at Eliado's (breakfast) and room service (dinner) was very good, as was the service.

10. Had the best room service breakfast meal we have ever ordered (including several Four Seasons hotels) - surprisingly an egg-white omelet - fresh avocado, bacon, cheese, peppers, - it was wonderful.
