1. The front desk staff was OK except for the fact that they only checked us in for one night instead of two, they called asking when we planned to check out and after a few nice words kept us in our room.

6. All staff were exceptionally kind and helpful--- They gave us a late check out, upon our request; they opened the gift shop for us before opening time to accomodate us; etc. The food at Eliado's (breakfast) and room service (dinner) was very good, as was the service.

7. On check out at 1200, we left our bags with the bell-hop and decided to utilise the spa facilities of the pool and dry sauna until our pick-up at 1600.

8. This is a small family hotel so I expect a personal touch, but at check in they did not ask us where we had come from etc (and there was no one else waiting, so they had time) and on check out we were not asked if we had enjoyed our stay.

9. We were able to walk and have our choice of several quality restaurants, then to downtown in the morning for exercise before check out.

10. It worked out fine for us, but the rooms seem to vary in size and set up, so make sure to check out your room and ask to see others if you are not happy.
