1. Despite the short power outtage just as we check in (the manager generously offered to move us to another hotel if power wasn't restored after our dinner), we loved this hotel.

7. Accidents do happen, but the attidude of the staff to this problem and the totally aloof manner of the manager (who never actually came to speak to us in person) left us dumb struck, with no real appology or attempt at any compensation.
