Despite the short power outtage just as we check in (the

that this accusation is an outright LIE his reply was 'I've known these guys a long time' Suggesting that it was me that was lying.

he says curtly 'well, a member of my staff saw you with a silver pipe in your hand.

Accidents do happen, but the attidude of the staff to this problem and the totally aloof manner of the
manager
(who never actually came to speak to us in person) left us dumb struck, with no real appology or attempt at any compensation.

Spoke with hotel General
Manager
on phone who repeatedly described wi-fi as a 'free' service and said that if it doesn`t work I could check out, and he would not arrange for any IT support.
