1. The wireless internet is free (it should be free everywhere but too many hotels still charge for it) and I had no trouble picking up the network on my laptop, however, my iPad could not find it.

7. The front desk staff ultimately gave me a rollaway bed at no extra charge, which is the right outcome, but they made me feel like it was my fault that the issue arose.

10. I pointed out that if she was willing to charge my credit card if I cancelled the reservation, then it seemed silly to refuse to charge my credit card for the stay, particularly if I faxed her a signed authorization to do so.
