1. Shower drain was broken and even though we notified management the only time they came was while our little ones were sleeping.

6. Our room had a very moldy odor, the grout on the tile floors were black with mold, mold in the shower grout ,chipped paint, ripped mattresses, mattresses and mattress pads were ready for the trash.

8. You'll hear people stomping about, talking, laughing, etc, and the plumbing (showers) are very noisy too.

9. There was a pungunt odor from the shower after we used it, but this was the only thing we could complain about.

10. On top of those disturbances, the walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone that walked down the hall, in addition to showers being turned on in other rooms, and doors opening and closing all night.
