1. We used the laundry and it was convenient to have onsite (although a change machine would be nice in there).

Negatives were bad soundproofing of rooms (thought we had a herd of elephants stampeding upstairs), dodgy plumbing in the bathroom (needed maintenance twice) and laundry facilities consisted of one functioning washer and dryer, which is pretty inadequate for a hotel of this size - we had to find a coin laundry to wash our clothes.
