1. We asked ourselves: if a guest calls up to specifically complain that there are strangers' hairs all over their towels, when the very nice housekeeping person shows up to deliver more, wouldn't it make sense to look at the new towels beforehand to ensure that THEY DON'T HAVE HAIR ON THEM.

8. Check in and check out was fast, the staff and Housekeeping crew were friendly (make sure you remember to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door before going to bed, unless you don't mind the 8:30 AM knock on the door from Housekeeping) and the hotel was relatively quiet.
