1. Free parking (they even let us park there prior to check-in and after check-out!) The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable.

7. The positives were lovely, friendly staff, great location to Disneyland and the Garden Walk area, 7/11 across the street, fridge and microwave in the rooms, and good parking.

9. I booked it on Travelocity and got a killer deal of $104 per night including tax (not bad to sleep 5 adults so they all have their own bed and space and get free parking and free Internet.

10. Return factor 3.0 = we'd come back if the parking remained free and only if we could stay on the top floor as I am a light sleeper.
