1. The a/c unit in the room was easy to operate, the alarm clock worked, we had no issues with taking showers or using the bathroom whenever we wanted to.

3. Bathrooms had new tiles, clean shower & shower curtain, clean sink, clean bath mat, etc. And I never had an issue waiting for the bathroom.
