1. We got explained by different members of staff few times how you can park on the street for free after certain time but really early in the morning you would have to move your car on the other side of the street to continue parking for free (or something along those lines).

2. The location is great, when I was there July 2010, there was a new take out sushi/bento box/japanese 'fast food' place right across the street which was awesome for those quick food runs.

3. There are heaps of big NYC attractions within strolling distance, the 31st St subway station is just around the corner and there are some cool resteraunts on the same street.

8. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe on the corner of Park Ave and 31st Street, and were always welcomed with open arms there by the lovely staff.

9. Just to let you know: there is a very good cafe/diner with internet connection some 3 blocks to the west along 31st Street and then turn to the right on Madison Avenue; enclosed a photo.
