1. It seems only the Manager can make changes of rooms - which he did from the third night onwards and he gave me a great room.

8. If he had, I would have asked for the manager)- He spoke to us in Spanish (we are Latin, and so is he apparantly) and is very short man, if you do meet him, be prepared for the worst.

10. I would tell this manager, you cant charge this price, without due information avaliable on hand, as was the price listed in all the other US hotels, i stayed in.
