10. Location: nice and safe neighborhood and within a half minute walk of the subway #6 [walk towards Park Ave then towards 32nd Street] which can bring you uptown to Grand Central Terminal [one stop] or downtown all the way to Union Square Station, Chinatown and lower Manhattan.
