3. It's a good, central location close to a lot of attractions (Empire State could be seen from the window) and transportation - many within walking distance - earlier that day we had dropped our bags off and walked south to SoHo and later on we walked north to Columbus circle.

4. Location is excellent, a short 15 minute walk to Times Square and right in front of the Empire State Building, Subway Line 6 is conveniently located on the next corner.

5. There are a few little places dotted nearby too such as a bakery type place for a feed before a tourist mission, pizza place for when you get back, sports bar for a drink etc. If your happy to walk, then its quite a nice walk to Times Square (we managed it in the snow a few times!).

8. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, for instance, Vezzo's Pizza, at the bottom of the building, is very good value for money, and the restaurant is rather stylish.
