1. i read the reviews before I went and was a little worried by comments about the heating, showers and noise but the reality was far removed from these.

2. Even taking to account it was winter the rooms were absolutely roasting hot and the shower was awful and nearly scolded us every morning and constantly fluctuated from hot to cold.
