7. we were dealt with by 2 different managers, the second one only being more helpful and apologetic, when I said that I will be posting my experience on trip advisor, we were moved and give a complimentary breakfast ( only for one day i hasten to say) They were ` hiding `behind the hotel policy, which we asked to see but were never given.

This Hotel was the best, another reviewer here told me it was great and she was 150% correct, I loved being just a street off of the major hustle and bustle, quick to get to Times Square, and all the different subway trains, loved the little convenent store on the corner, quick sandwiches for breakfast, lunch or dinner or late night.
