1. we were dealt with by 2 different managers, the second one only being more helpful and apologetic, when I said that I will be posting my experience on trip advisor, we were moved and give a complimentary breakfast ( only for one day i hasten to say) They were ` hiding `behind the hotel policy, which we asked to see but were never given.

6. So we had to wait around tired and in desperate need of a warm shower until we finally returned at 9:15am and sat in the Lobby ($75 to access a room that is already ready is not only bad customer service but that was our food and entertainment budget for that entire day- GUARANTEEING a room for early check in for an additional fee is understandable, but making people pay when the room is ready is just rude) The same woman just stayed at the Front Desk watching us just sit there until finally my partner approached her at 9:30 and tried to reason with her, TO NO AVAIL, then the manager was called over.

8. Finally AMEX took care of the situation, but Clayton at the front (calls himself a manager, but I'd be shocked if this individual even has a high school education!) The room was not anything to speak of- we stayed on the 16th floor (supposedly thier best) and I'd rate it a 1 star at best.
"Beware- don't trust Clayton at the front desk! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/1/2010 Vote
9. When I met with the manager the next day about it, I said I didn't feel safe and wasn't going to stay any longer and would be leaving.
