When we got up to our room i was very surprised as people told me not to expect to much from hotel rooms in NYC, The room was large with the most comfy kingsized bed (heaven) and the room was decorated very modern and was very clean, made up for the rude door man was the bell hop and he gave us great recomendations for dinner etc.(who we did tip after he was so nice), the aircon was a litle loud but I got use to it in the end.
